The Fused Cast AZS Blocks are manufactured using a fused-cast process that employs high-quality purified raw materials, utilizes specialized electric arc furnaces, and undergoes long-arc melting followed by oxidation treatment. This electro-fused casting process results in virtually no carbon contamination originating from the electrodes. Thanks to the adoption of this specific casting technique and the use of high-purity materials, the Fused Cast AZS Blocks exhibit exceptional resistance to corrosion by molten glass, while also causing minimal contamination to the glass melt itself.
This production technology adopts high grade raw material and special electrical-arc furnace by long are melt-ing and oxidizing.As there is no pollutant from electrode during this processing,and the products with excellent performance of resistance to glass liquid corrosion,which and prevent pollution on glass liquid effectively.

Testing capabilities
Our factory has complete in-house testing and quality control capabilities. We can test chemical composition, bulk density, apparent porosity, glass phase exudation, bubble exudation, static and dynamic molten glass corrosion resistance, internal filling quality and dimensional accuracy.
Main testing equipment includes a Rigaku X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, glass phase exudation test furnace, static molten glass corrosion test furnace, dynamic molten glass corrosion test furnace, bulk density and apparent porosity testing equipment, and a GSSI radar flaw detector.
With in-house testing and dimensional inspection before shipment, we can better control product quality and provide reliable material selection suggestions based on glass type, furnace area and operating temperature.
