This 3D assembly diagram illustrates the precise layout and application of fused cast refractory materials within a glass melting furnace. Key components include AZS (Alumina-Zirconia-Silica) fused cast bricks, strategically positioned in the melting zone, throat, working end, and superstructure. Each refractory material is engineered to withstand extreme temperatures, chemical corrosion, and thermal shock, ensuring long service life and stable glass quality. Our production schedule starts after final drawing approval and receipt of advance payment. For most customized fused cast refractory products, the normal production lead time is around 40 days.
The final lead time will be confirmed before order confirmation, because it may vary depending on product grade, order quantity, block size, special shape, machining difficulty, inspection requirements and pre-assembly arrangement.

2.Balance payment before shipment after pre-shipment inspection or acceptance
For long-term customers, large projects or special trade terms, the payment arrangement can be discussed separately before contract confirmation.

Before shipment, Dezhong can support pre-shipment inspection according to the agreed order requirements. Inspection may include:

• Appearance inspection
• Dimensional inspection
• Quantity confirmation
• Packing and shipping mark confirmation
• Packing list check
• Quality document review
• Pre-assembly verification when required
• Internal inspection or testing records for critical glass-contact blocks when agreed

For glass furnace projects, inspection is not only a formality. It helps confirm whether the products, packing and documents match the order before balance payment and shipment release.

To reduce transportation risk during long-distance sea shipment, Dezhong uses reinforced export packing according to product size, weight and shape.
Standard packing includes:

• Fumigated wooden pallets or wooden cases
• Plastic film wrapping for moisture and surface protection
• Steel band fixing for stable handling and loading
• Labels on pallets or wooden cases
• Shipping marks according to customer requirements
• Packing list matched with product name, size, quantity and case number
• Reinforced wooden cases for large blocks, special shapes or fragile products

 

Shipment is arranged to the agreed port according to the confirmed order terms. After the balance payment is received and shipment is released, we coordinate final packing, container loading, shipping mark confirmation and export document preparation.
Sea freight transit time depends on shipping schedule, destination port, customs clearance and logistics arrangement. If customers need CFR, CIF or other trade terms, we can discuss them according to destination and project requirements.
