The 29th China International Glass Industrial Technical Exhibition Concludes Successfully || Dezong Corundum Looks Forward to Meeting You Again
The four-day China International Glass Industrial Technical Exhibition concluded successfully on April 22, 2018. Dezong Corundum extends its sincere gratitude to all visiting clients and friends for their tremendous support. May our vessel of cooperation evolve into a mighty ship of friendship, sailing together toward a brighter tomorrow.

This exhibition features the participation of 865 leading manufacturers from the glass industry, representing 29 countries and regions. The exhibitors include companies from traditional glass-manufacturing powerhouses-such as China, the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Italy-as well as those from nations situated along the "Belt and Road" initiative, including Israel, Egypt, Iran, Turkey, India, and Indonesia. As one of the largest global trade fairs for the glass industry this year, the 2018 China Glass Exhibition continues to champion innovative, green development; drive supply-side structural reform within the sector; and facilitate multifaceted commercial and technical exchanges. Furthermore, it assists domestic and international manufacturers in expanding their market reach, providing them with a dedicated platform to showcase their premium products in the fields of low-carbon environmental protection, intelligent manufacturing, and high-efficiency production.

Our company served as a special sponsor for the 8th International Symposium on Advanced Glass held during this exhibition. During the symposium, we delivered a presentation titled "The Production and Application of Electro-fused Zircon-Corundum Bricks for Oxy-fuel Fired Glass Furnaces." The report highlighted the critical situation currently facing my country-specifically, the dual challenges of energy shortages and the urgent need to address environmental pollution. Against this backdrop-and in response to national mandates to establish an "energy-conserving and environmentally friendly" circular economy-"oxy-fuel fired glass furnaces" are garnering increasing attention from glass manufacturers due to their inherent advantages in "environmental protection, energy conservation, and consumption reduction."

The report summarized several key advantages of oxy-fuel fired furnaces: increased melting rates and fuel savings; reduced exhaust emissions and environmental improvement; and superior glass melting quality, enabling the production of a wide variety of high-quality glass products. Particular emphasis was placed on the critical importance of research into-as well as the rational selection and configuration of-refractory materials for oxy-fuel furnaces in facilitating the widespread adoption of oxy-fuel combustion technology.

The primary products showcased by our company at this exhibition were AZS electro-fused zirconia-corundum, along with a selection of specialized refractory shapes. These included furnace wall blocks, electrode blocks, tap-hole blocks, feeder bowl blocks, stirring rods, and similar items. We placed particular emphasis on presenting our low-silica, low-sodium bricks-a product specially developed by our R&D team that has garnered excellent feedback from our clients. This specific type of brick serves to enhance the quality of the glass phase while significantly improving both corrosion resistance and creep resistance.

On our journey toward excellence, our company remains steadfastly committed to our core business philosophy: "Quality is our lifeblood; integrity is our foundation; virtue is our guiding principle; and benevolence governs our operations." With a down-to-earth and pragmatic approach, we strive to provide the glass industry with superior electro-fused zirconia-corundum bricks.
In 2019, Dezhong Corundum looks forward to meeting you in Beijing!
